In 1989, Darryl Baskin entered the real estate industry as a young associate determined to bring a different experience to buyers and sellers. Darryl quickly made his way from Rookie of the Year to top producer awards to Partner in his firm; Oklahoma’s largest independent real estate brokerage.
Along the way, Darryl received recognition as Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors Sales Associate of the Year, the Journal Record Achievers Under 40, Tulsa Business Journal 40 Under 40, and host of Tulsa’s longest running live locally produced television program outside of the evening news called The Future of Real Estate.
In 2012, Darryl established eXp Realty in Oklahoma as the State Broker. Today, Baskin continues to develop his organization within eXp Realty which boasts more than 100 agents and brokers in the state and over 5,000 nationally. eXp Realty is the fastest growing real estate company in the history of the United States. His innovative marketing approach specializes in advanced technological efficiency and high-touch service of convenience for his clients. With a weekly radio show Tulsa's most listened to talk radio station, KRMG.com (am 740 and fm 102.3), Darryl’s market reach has made him a household name for real estate expertise across northeastern Oklahoma.
Baskin serves on various professional advisory boards and his civic involvement includes serving on the board of directors for Junior Achievement and a classroom volunteer for Junior Achievement. In addition, Baskin has fostered approximately 20 children since 1993 – seven of which he has adopted.
Baskin also serves on the board of Court Appointed Special Advocates, providing a voice for neglected and abused children in court as well as former service on the boards of Oklahoma Association of Realtors and Bixby Chamber of Commerce.
